    Please join the Friends of the Farlow for the 2019 Clara Cummings Walk at Harold Parker State Forest!

    The Harold Parker State Forest encompasses 3,300 acres in the towns of Andover, North Andover, North Reading and Middleton. It has 35 miles of trails to follow and 11 ponds to visit. Fortunately for the FOF, the 2019 Clara Cummings Walk will be led by Walter Kittredge, a Curatorial Assistant in the Harvard Herbaria, who has been doing vascular plant, bryophyte and lichen inventories both in the Middlesex Fells and the Harold Parker State Forest.     2017 FOF Annual Meeting with Guest Lecturer Camille Truong

    Please join us on Saturday, November 4th for the 2017 Friends of the Farlow Annual Meeting. This year's guest lecturer will be Camille Truong, a postdoctoral research fellow in Plant Pathology at the University of Florida, Gainesville.  Camille will present, "Gondwanan Fungi; Mycological Research in Patagonia" at 4pm following the 3:30pm business meeting.  There will be a reception after the lecture.  We hope that you can join us!
